Administration

Administration tasks are available to tenant admins.

Workspace settings

Use Settings to manage:

  • tenant/workspace name
  • default display timezone
  • holiday calendars
  • holiday overrides

The default timezone is used when a user does not have a more specific display timezone.

Holiday calendars

Holiday calendars are used by business-hours SLA policies.

You can preview a country/subdivision calendar for a year, save it, and add local overrides when needed.

Example: holiday override

If the standard country calendar does not include a company-wide closure day, add an override.

Example:

Date Name
2026-12-24 Company closed day

Business-hours SLA calculations can then treat that day as closed when the project uses the holiday calendar.

Users

Tenant admins can manage team access. Users with admin access can change project setup and workspace settings.

Subscription banner

Trial tenants may see a subscription banner. It is informational and does not change project setup.

If the subscription expires, users are redirected to the subscription expired screen.

Danger zones

Danger zones are visually grouped with a warning background.

They include destructive actions such as:

  • reset project data
  • delete source connection
  • delete project
  • delete issue

Read the text in each danger zone carefully. These actions are intended for correction, cleanup, or permanent removal.

Project data reset

Reset project data clears runtime/imported data but keeps project configuration.

It removes:

  • issues
  • event store entries
  • source checkpoints
  • source job history

It keeps:

  • project configuration
  • webhook secret
  • source connection configuration
  • SLA policy
  • issue filter
  • status mappings

Reset is blocked while import or reconcile jobs are pending or running.

Example: safe reset workflow

Use this flow when status mapping was wrong during the first import:

  1. Wait for all import/reconcile jobs to finish.
  2. Confirm the correct workflow mappings.
  3. Run Reset project data.
  4. Import the intended source history again.
  5. Review excluded issues and report counts.

Do not delete the project if the project configuration is still useful. Reset is designed for rebuilding runtime data while keeping setup.
